After being treated with a terrible attitude I was told to go make a false affidavit to re open an account. After following previous instructions of a consultant in the same branch noelle refused to help unless I have the false affidavit an was utterly rude about it. She also refused to help the person who has power of attorney in the mean time until I show up with the false affidavit.
