I would like to express my frustration and unprofessionalism of FNB southdale. I went into the branch (14/05/13) and got assisted by an enquiries clerk by the Name of Stacey. I informed Stacey of my predicament and how I needed to resolve the query ASAP. Stacey told me it will be resolved the next day. The next day (15/05/13) I went into the branch again to speak to Stacey who then promised to get back to me by close of business. Two days later (17/05/13), I tried calling the branch on 0114333920, the phone just rings without being answered.

I find it strange that when one owes a bank money, they phone you everyday, however, when one is inconvenienced by the bank, they don't bother calling, they take their own sweet time.

I think FNB must revisit & change its slogan of "How we help you", to (how can we frustrate you) because their consultant, Stacey failed in helping me.
