Capfin send us sms that we qualify loan and respond via sms and the consultant will call. But that don't happen. So I. made an attempt to call them the consultant advised me they will call me in 15min again that never happen. On my 2nd attempt I spoke to thabile she was rude and tell me they don't call clients because they are inbound call centre.
