Ad customer service and slow service to cusotmers

Good day I just came back from Capitec bank I wanted to get assistance with Internet banking to my service there were about 6 people and it took them 1 hour to give us the service. The consultant were just sitting and sharing jokes amongst themselves not even considering that people are waiting to be helped.

What kind of service is this just because we are black we getting this service if it was a white customer they could have jumped and assisted them.

Im so dissapointed with the Braamfontein Branch service..
