Crazy to invest in South Africa

I bought a home in Cape Town in 2007 as a USA citizen. I immigrated from South Africa in 1989. In 2011 I decided to sell up and move back to USA. Met up with a great guy Chris Dundt who found my immigration file and after getting all the paperwork he needed from me the money I had in South Africa was transferred back to USA within 24 hours. Chris retired and he emailed me and said he was transferring my file to someone named Letitia in JHB. So that as soon as the house was sold, I could call her and she would have everything to transfer the final money. Well it took a year to sell the house and 5 months to convey. I called FNB Johannesburg and as you guessed, they have lost my file, they want me to almost re immigrate so they have a paper trail. There is 3 million rand of my money sitting in my account which has been blocked. And because of the incompetence of the people working for fnb... I am struggling to get my own money back. I am disgusted.
