Struggling to cancel my policy

I have been struggling to cancel my policy with Oakhurst for close to a month now. Danelle is my consultant at African Independent. Every single time I have been told a different story on why it's not necessary to cancel. first I was told that my daughter who is the regular driver of the car had to call on and when she did Danelle didn't want to help her and I called & I was told to send a letter for cancellation which I did via yesterday 16 May 2013. I still haven't received anything back from Danelle.

This experience with African Independent consultants has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I definately will not do any business with you people in the future. All I want is to cancel the policy as I already have other insurance. The service & treatment I have received is the most horrible I have experienced.
