Excuses about systems

I have been battlling with the rewards dept since 6may to refund my account which was ilegally debited with R252.00 resulting in the return of my life policies.everyday is one excuse after the other about backlogs and system errors. I have no idea why this is my problem.i want my account fixed because I never gave them permission to debit my account wuith these funds. I was told the premium is R21.00 per month. Some of those call centre staff are so rude and throw head office circulars at me. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT SYSTEMS AND BACKLOGS I WANT MY ACCOUNT SORTED OUT TODAY PLEASE
