BAD BAD ATTITUTE & POOR SERVICE

On the 5th of May my Grandfather passed away, and my Mom has covered him with Scorpion. so we did follow ups & and comfirm with them which documents required for a claim. they asked. we could not be helped because my mom had to produce marriage cerificate. the funeral was to be in Mafikeng n my mom stays in Kimberley. she had to go back to kimberley to fetch the certificate. on the 7th she faxed all the documents. they promised to make a pay out after 48hours. we made arrangements expecting the money to be in on the 9th evening. friday we got nothing from them. i phoned they told us that they were waiting for final signature from Finance to pay out. we decided to postpone the funeral to 17th may. i made follow ups again on monday. was told same thing. that it has been finalised, but waiting for signature, and was giving assurance that it will be paid on the 16th afternun. even now its friday. we suppose to bury my Granddad tommorow. they have caused us a lot of pain. the guy who is in cahrge of the pay out by the name of Themba is so rude.
