Stop debit order and request for refund

When I left SA I had to take out travel insurance as part of my Visa requirements
My understanding is that this was a 1 year insurance but for some reason they are still deducting money on a monthly basis.. I have been advised by my bank that the debit order is with AIG Life and they provided me with an email address.. I emailed them and they told me I must contact [Email Removed] and of course they say the policy is not with them and referred me back to [Email Removed] I have now been given a number 0860112077 to contact. Its all very frustrating.

Could some please please contact me directly on [Email Removed] . I would like to know why after 1 year deductions are still being made, I would like a refund and the debt order stopped with immediate effect.
