Billed for car insurace i didn't sign up for

I recently enquired about insurance for a car from various insurances companies, OUTSURANCE being one of the companies.

I asked for a quote, I received a call about how much it would be I told the consultant that I could get a better rate at another company and that I DO NOT WANT THERE COVER. On Monday 6.1.2014 I received a notification sms from ABSA bank informing me that OUTSURANCE has deducted R1135.25.

This is daylight I have not agreed verbal or signed any documenting for OUTSURANCE.

I now have a problem with my bank account as I have other debt orders that need to come off, but because OUTSURANCE ROBS people. I now have to deal with my debtors calling me asking when my accounts will be paid.

This has now given me a bad credit record, because i have no funds available in my bank account.

I would like to know what OUTSURANCE is going to do about this situation and what is going to happen to the that signed me up for your disgusting service.
