Bad Customer service from Nedbank

On 4/5/13 I requested bank statements on my current and savings account. I was told that it will take 5 working days, therefor it will be faxed to me on the 10/5/13.

Today when I followed up on the 2 reference numbers, The gentleman who assisted me said that the 1st ref nr /request was send to a complete different person.

2nd Ref/request was never processed / logged, and now I must wait another 10 - 12 working days for a simple thing called a "bank statement"

This is not the 1st time that it happend to me, so strongly consider to switch banks
