Absolute mess with Provident fund withdraw request

Since the 8th of March I have been waiting for my Provident fund withdrawel application. Firstly I cannot get hold of Kgatsatso. Msg was not returned or responded to. Then she passed the buck to Tsopong. She promised to submit my claim as urgent as possible (2 weeks ago) as nothing has happened to my request since the 8th of March. Eventually after I left msges on Monday 13th May, I got hold of Lindsay as Tsopong was not in. Lindsay assured me he will sort the issue as he said 2 different files have been opened for my withdrawel instead of one and promised to revert back to me with a date.. Today 16 May I phoned again, couldn't get hold of Lindsay, spoke to Kushas who informed me NOTHING has been done on my withdrawel, it was not lodge as yet 2 MONTHS down the line, nor has any calls been logged! I am going to lose the purchase of a house!! No deposit
