Still waiting on a Call!!

I went on the sanlam website to get some advice on my Compushares, sent a email on their website after I could not get trough on the phone. I am still waiting on a call it has been almost 2 weeks. This is the second time I had to wait on them to get back to me I am seriously re looking my dealing with them and take my business else where!
