Extra medical provision - a waist of money

My son diagnosed with scoliosis 5 years ago. Took this Admed gap to pay for all the shortfall after all that's the whole reason for the gap. Today my third claim (1302425 Discover Medical aid paid R2818.40 and the shortfall = R 611.70) was rejected, reason: no Gap. Spoke to Lindi on 0860102936 and was told this the claim was below the normal claim tariffs. For the last 4 years plus, a monthly R95 TO R100 deduction was taken from my salary.
When my son had the operation in March 2013 I had peace of mind knowing I will be able to pay all the short falls through this insurance. Now that I need them they find excuses not to pay. This is my first time ever to claim. Very disappointed
