S4 Offering

So after being a loyal customer for almost 15 years, I don't qualify for the S4 offering that includes the rebated Cell-C contract?? Seems like you need to be a new customer to benefit from this. I ordered my S4 only to find out that I get nothing extra... Guess I should've read the terms and conditions properly, and not just have assumed that my loyalty would be rewarded.
