Ignoring my emails!!! No Custermer Service

I lodged a complaint a while back regarding purchases i did not make on my account i was called back by Zara Mulder and she helped me with a lot of stuff but recently she is not answering any of my emails. I struggled since this month to get a detailed ledger to check what the is going on, on my account there is almost 10 000 rand in purchases i did not make and i cant get it sorted out because Zara is ignoring my emails or just not getting time to answer them. Please can i get some help regarding this i been struggling with this from January!!! I need to know what information is needed from me to investigate theses purchases ill prefer not to work with Zara as she is not getting back to me at all (No hard feelings) maby she has to much to do which i do understand. Please i need this sorted out ASAP!!!
