I need to respond to an assement result by Ombudsman for Bank Services where i was complaint about my money that was robbed from my bank via mobile . so the answer from the ombudsman was unsatisfactory as they came up with wrong information which was given to them..they said i was called by the person who pretend to be the bank consultant instead the person pretended as MTN consultant and she asked about cellphone services instead of bank services and the account with which was used was a Capitec account which the customer of the account is available if someone calls him please Mr ombudsman investigate my case place for me Capitec is liable how could those peple know our pin numbers please
