Credit Cards are a priority

My wife and I have linked Credit cards to my account, we have received an SMS that they were delivered to the branch. GREAT as they expire at the end of the month, yet BOTH our Cheque cards will have expired by the end of May (hers has already expired even though the accounts were opened at the same time!!). Neither of us have been contacted to inform us of any arrangements to get these new cards (although I have been phoned to replace my Petrol card which is apparently more important!). This is a little annoying and concerning at the same time. Please can we get this issue resolved ASAP
