Debit Order - Unauthorized Wont return funds

A debit order was loaded onto my Savings account. I never authorized or gave permission for them to do it. I realized that it was coming of my account and contacted them. No one has come back to me in a satisfactory way. They havent returned my funds. And they are telling me that I have to go find my money by the 3rd party who used my bank details. Surely the money went into there account. They loaded the debit order. They failed to check that the account holder of the bank account was the same than the person who called.

I am so frustrated. This is my bread and butter money. Please help.

Ive been struggling since last year 24 July 2012 . Ive sent numerous emails. And people just don't get back to me. Now what are our poor ppl suppose to do. Get an expensive lawyer than we cant afford. They no we cant afford it so they are happy to just leave it. As long as the share holders make money at the end of the day I suppose!!! They not going hungry!!! I AM
