On Monday the 6th of May, my son borrowed one of our vehicles for the day of which unfortunately he overturned somewhere close to Kriel Mpumalanga. What is sad is the fact that when we advised Dial Direct through one of their consultants Michelle, there was no empathy shown, all she was interested in was to get my son's contact numbers and interview him regardless of the fact that he had just come out of an over turned vehicle.

On Tuesday the 7th Michelle called again insisting to talk to my son after I had advised her that he was going through a medical check up.

Wednesday the 8th one of the investigators came to our premises unannounced. He started by interviewing the complex security guard wanting to know who the regular drivers of our vehicles were. He then called my son and told him that he is at the gate and wanted to interview him (no appointment made). The questions asked ranged from where he was going to, who was he going to visit and the contact numbers of the person he intended visiting.

Today is the 15th of May, we have not received any feedback and we would like to know what is going on.
