I wrote in a week ago and still no feedback from Fnb as up to date. Please can anyone help me with my query regarding closing my account. I want to close my account but can't due to the smart device and no one is assisting me and every month there is bank fees going off, that I can't pay. This is not the kind of treatment I was expecting to get from Fnb. Are they not here to help us as clients??
