After a month still no manager on the floor, still no feedback on a device I ordered and returned in January 2013 and no refunds made - How can you help yourself to my account is a better slogan!!! This is pathetic service and the next call I will be making is to Steve at pleeb bank, as you are just not interested in assisting!!!
