Long-overdue leave pay

It has been 4 weeks since I posted a complaint here regarding my leave pay, I was told that the HR department would contact me but to this day I have not heard a word from them. This is unacceptable; 6 weeks has now turned to 4 months, can this matter please be resolved already. I wonder if the time value will be accounted for or if I'll get the same amount which accrued 4 months ago.
