I have recieved unacceptable service from MTN in the last 2 weeks. I've never had a problem with them and now in 2 weeks my account gets suspended because mtn did not deduct the correct amount on debit order, my data bundle and mtn to mtn minutes just get cancelled out of the blue and then after having made an internet payment to settle my account to have my service reinstated, which apparently should not have been done because the cosultant on mtn active gave me the wrong information, the amount was still debited from my account and thinking that it was already paid I did not leave that amount in my account resulting in bank charges etc. I must say that phoning 808 has helped in sorting out the various problems but I find it unacceptable that so many "mishaps" can occur in the space of 2 weeks.
