Application started-Aug-2013.Whats happening???

I applied for a building loan beg Aug-2013.And I have been waiting for feeback since then and to-date i dont know what is happening. Everytime I follow up on progress the consultant then asks for more information. She doesnt contact me before to request the information. My offer to purchase will probably expire and she doesnt seem to care. I dont know what is happening at Nebank but the promise that application is just a quick process is a BEEEG LIE. This week when i followed up she informed me that i need to send her letters from all my creditors to confirm that all my accounts are up to date. I have never heard such a request in my whole life. As all this information is available on credit bereu. And all creditors check applicant's profile there, If Nedbank doesnt want to fund me maybe i should just be told as i have already wasted so much time waiting for them. If the seller decides to sell to another purchaser i only have Nedbank to thank! Was such an unpleasant service. At Nedbank customer is not king. no one really cares and Natasha is also just ignoring my emails and not getting back to me.
