POLICY NOT EXISTING BUT PAID FOR 3 YEARS

How is it possible that I have been paying you for almost 3 years but the day I need to retrieve my policy I am told there is no record of me? Is that what you'd had told my wife and daughter? I have already emailed you guys yesterday and there hasn't been any feedback till now. My name is Jean Mboule and my cell number is 0832002667. I am unable to find my policy details that were emailed to me by then Financial planner Edward Semenya. Since he resigned, no one has ever contacted me to take over. Now that I need to make amendments to my policy, you drop this BOMBSHELL on ME. I never received any hard copies from you in my mailbox coming to think of it. If you can't find my details, it simply means this policy is null and void and you must pay me all my money back WITH interest compounded over the - 3 yrs you have been debiting ME. I have forwarded my banking details to show you have taken money from ME. I just want the whole world to know how incompent you are. YOU DISGUST ME! You have until tomorrow before I lay a formal complaints with the Insurance Ombudsman. Someone has to explain this to me TODAY. SIES ON YOU LIBERTY.
