Excellent Service!

I have been with EM now almost 2 years. And every time I've gone to a GP (I have unlimited GP visits on the day to day cover) I have never had to pay in anything. Also when I have an enquiry I get a fast response. They are very helpful, and once I had a doctors office requesting money, I emailed EM and they sorted it out for me immediately. I didn't have to do a thing.

I just got an email from them asking me to please let them know of any outstanding payments/refunds that need to be attended to! Needless to say I am gobsmacked at the excellent service and wish they were a full medical aid instead of health insurance. WOW.
