Appalling Service and Attitude-Highly Disappointed

I have vehicle insurance with virgin & I must say that since I now have to claim I am hugely disappointed with the level of service Im getting. Firstly, they never tell you that the first claim takes nearly a month to be approved & this causes a problem with the vehicle hire! So when you need an extension then there is all sorts of problems, they extend it for a week then another then 4 days & tell you they cant any longer, but they will see what they can do & call you back, spoke to Daffney who is still calling me back since last week Friday & in the interim they increased my premium already. False information is given to me on the status of my car. Daffney told me the parts have arrived & my car is in stripping, the PB say, parts have not arrived & my car is not it stripping. I now don't have a hired car & do not know the status of progress on my car & no one bothers to call you back when they say they will & this is going on for almost 2 months now. My sister & girlfriend have moved to virgin because of me & now they get to see the level of service given upon claiming. Well done you will lose another 2 clients as a result of this disgusting service!
