About a week ago I wrote to hellopeter regarding appalling service at FNB Eastgate.
Kudos FNB, you listened to the complaint, phoned me to ascertain exactly what the problem was, and rectified it.
It's great when anyone in this country where service is, to say the least non existent, let alone banks, actually does something about it.
