Loan went off now the middle of month!!!

So last night money gets paid into my account as I am working far from home this week, and stuck for transport. This morning I go to draw some and nothing, the entire amount went off. I'm assuming this is for the loan or whatever, but fantastic logic to do this in the middle of the month. I am now stuck far from home, with no means to get home this afternoon! Why not take it off the end of the month like always, this is just logical. I NEED THIS RECTIFIED TODAY!!! I don't see why it had to take place now, and I am not walking home!!! Assistance!!!
