Account Paid Up & No settlement lette

I have paid my account in full last week, sent them though a POP and a week later after requesting a settlement letter nothing happens, I have requested numerous of times no one does nothing and would like the account to be closed. I am fed up with contacting them and you don't get hold of them. DOES ANYBODY WORK THERE???
