Settlement lette

I applied for finance at my bank but was unsuccessful because I'm listed at the credit bureau for being in arrears for a account that was PAID in full a year ago!!! So I contacted there head-office and they confirmed, it was there mistake so I asked them to fix it but sadly they never did. After endless phone calls requesting my settlement letter they failed to email or post it. I find there service very unprofessional and bad service
