Paying for a phone that i cancelled

A consultant phoned me for a new contract, and i was happy with offer so i accept the cotract. The phone was delivery to me after 3 days only to find that the proof of address was not the same as what the delivery guy had with him, so the phone was sent back. i did phone the nashua mobile call centre to correct the detials but i had no luck. i ended up phoning VODACOM and i got my phone in one shot. My problem is when nashua mobile debited me the first installment when i did call smart works and cancel the cotract with them, i called the on the 04th to find out why i was debited they told me that they still looking in to it until today .i called smart works on monday and i was told that i'm not the only client so i must wait for my money that they took cause someone didn't do their JOB .
