Difficult to buy travel insurance

I need to buy top-up cover, but it seems you can no longer do it online. As I don't want to spell everything out over the telephone, I went to the Centurion branch, only to hear they don't sell travel insurance on Saturdays. One would think you would try and improve on ways to make it easier for customers, but it seems with ABSA it is only the other way around.
