FNB RIP OFF: CHARGES 4 VIEWING YOUR STATEMENT

Yesterday my mom checked her statement on the FNB ATM and FNB charged her R2.80 TO VIEW THE STATEMENT .She did not print her statement by merely viewed it and was charged. Please stop ripping the pensioners off with ridiculous bank charges. Please can u reverse the charges.
