10 May callout requested for overflowing main waste drain. Plumbers arrived promptly, faffed around for 15 minutes and they determined they don't have the right tools and will return. They never did. Call was closed by Outsurance as finalized.

11 May queried with Outsurance that the issue was not resolved. I was told they will not give me another non-paying callout. Vented my disgust. Thank you to the manager who intervened. (A Help@out callout includes the callout fee and 1 hours labour). I requested they ensure the next plumber brings along the right tools. He did not and advised me to rather phone the municipality. He left after 5 minutes. In the mean time human waste is flooding my yard.

Facts:
1) My premiums increased last month.
2) I am still ankle deep in human waste.
3) I will decline further assistance from Outsurance (not that it was offered) as their contractors are not equipped/motivated to deal with more than minor issues.
4) I have wasted a Help@out emergency with no resolution of the problem.
5) I did not experience Outsurance bending over backwards for us.
6) I WILL bring this up when Outsurance inevitably tries to increase my premiums again.
