I received a package from Platinum Life during November 2012. Bear in mind that this was not a request from me. I was offered woman cancer cover and was contacted in this regard a few times. I explained that I needed time to work through the document and speak to our broker before I will consider taking out the cover.

Now this year I have contacted them by calling their call centre, which is the only number you can find on the documents or website and indicated that I would like to purchas the said policy. After phoning six times, I always get told that I will be contacted by their sales department - which never does.

I even e-mailed them several times over the last four weeks, and gets told exactly the same thing.

I am now starting to wonder if their sales and feed-back is this bad, how will the payment of the benefits be should you fall ill.

It's absolutely impossible getting hold of these people and receiving feed-back after I have been contacted by them with the offer (not the other way around).
