Bad Service!! Incompetent Staff!!!

Your staff is incompetent!! They laugh @our problems as customers!! I was so when I left your Southgate Branch I didn't even Notice that they didn't give back my Identity document because they were just laughing at me there!!! And ur extended hours are useless to us if some of ur services are not available its just stupid!!! That Thato guy just sat there and laughed with his frends discussing me as if I wasn't there!! Poor service I must say, I dnt know if that guy wanted to keep my I D for himself or wat cos he didn't even bother telling me that I left my I D!!! Pathetic!!!
