Im so suprised that a big company such as Edgars can really from poor. on the 28 feb 2013 i went to Edgrs branch in eastgate mall to querie about my money that was being taken off from my account monthly without me being aware there wer taking maone for jet club of which i didn't join. but this stupid company were, rip off if i can say and this matter ca result in court. the is no where i signed to authorized them to take my money and what me off is that when i call no one is willing to help me who ever i get is incompetent becausee they are telling me that they cannot reverse my money why? Edgars has employed incompetent staff. from june last year there were charging me for jet club my acc is not going down cos i pay they . i spoke to nkhesani from head office who couldn't help me and again with this stupid team leader Adell matshili they are even proud to tell me taht they cannot reverse my money.

I am fed up with you guys cos your service is pathetic again on Saturday i went to southgate mall to query about money that is being taken again from my acc for phone
