I gym through the Momentum Multiply program (similar program as Discovery). The short of it - the more you gym in the month the less your premium will be.

In November last year the Tag-system at Soneike got faulty and no attempt was made to inform me of this. The result was that only three of my gym visits for November was captured. Which will result in me paying a higher premium.

Through December I had to complete a manual access form every time I visited the gym. The same for the beginning of this month. A few days ago I was informed the system is working again and I can just scan my tag when entering the gym and my gym visits will automatically be recorded.

I checked my profile on Momentum's site just now and saw that only one gym visit so far was captured for me this month. Ive been to the gym 6 times already this month. The 1st four times I had to complete a manual access form and the last 2 times I entered by scanning my tag.

I'm not prepared to pay a higher premium again because the gym's system is not functioning properly. Please fix this and allocate me my 6 visits as up to date.

Utterly inconvenienced and irritated.
