I was involved in a road traffic accident in Springs, far East Rand in Gauteng on 8th May 2013 around 0630hrs on my way to work. I called the call centre and received great service with regards to towing services. A few hours later I put in a request for a courtesy car and within 2 hours, I received an sms informing me that a vehicle was ready for collection at an outlet in Germiston. I would like to commend Hollard for such efficient service.

I however await the outcome of the claim 771084
