Fnb to loose a client of 25 years

Good day, I am shocked and disgusted by FNB. I now have had my bank account compromised 3 times this year and every time i have to phone get the numbers and call the person taking money from my account what is the point of a bank account if its not secure? after the last time i mailed the info mail box and although i get the secure questions they need to ask me although whats the point if other people can take out my account, they refuse to call me to have the dept investigate this they can still call me and let me answer the questions why do i pay bank charges if one my account is not secure and two if they cannot even call me back. so as of the 1st July i think it best i look for a bank willing to actually act as a bank and look after me as a loyal client. FNB clearly has to many clients and arnt to worried to loose another and also get a bad name in the process as not only me but at least 5 people plus a business account could be lost due to this as word of mouth is the worst form of publicity especially if its not a good word. suggest someone call me asap and have this mess fixed up.
