2 months later no response to query!!!??

I sent logged query with Private Banking who logged call with Homeloans. 2 months later and no response from Homeloans. Homeloan fee is meant to be R5.70 as per letter from SBSA but charged fee is R51. Account numbers below. DO NOT CALL ME. RESPOND VIA EMAIL.
