They debeted more than instalment without signutu

I got an acc with african bank its is in arrears i lost my job 2 years bck i strted working in novermber they were debiting 665 on wedsday i went 2 increase my debit order for double instalment from every month that wil start @ the end of may to finish my debt quick but on 29 this month they debit they debited they normaly instament next day they debit my last 2000 and went 2 other acc holder acc i went 2 randburg branch the prosimise 2 be payed bck in my acc after 3 day and whnen i go to that branch to about they told that guy was helping me is gone to leave cumin after 2 weeks i must wait 4 him and it my rent and food money until 2 day they sent me an sms saying matter has sent 4 refund ref number was 9266930 when i call the callcentre i wont get my refund and the coulured lady shouted @ me and told me i should have mananger my bills in the 1st place this was not gonna suppose 2 hapen she i must deal with it i wont get my refund with anger i just hang up and transaction went into my acc on 30 afrbnk 9496387e001 they took it in my capitec acc with out my authorite and afrbnk 9496387e002 all my 2000 i really need it i must pay rent n buy food
