CAN'T MIGRATE USERS' INFO WHEN UPDATING WEBSITE

Pick 'n Pay has redone their website, shmancy (but the moving adverts across the top are EXTREMELY irritating and distracting). However, they tell me that I "have forgotten my log-in and password" Nothing's changed since I last logged in last week. So I meekly say "forgot my password", and I successfully change my password. Then I try and log in, and AGAIN I'm told that the information incorrect. It is NOT incorrect.
Sort it out please, asap. There's nothing wrong with my log-in name OR my password. This is ridiculous. The HASSLES I had the last time PnP migrated to their new website were ridiculous - took absolutely AGES and I'm made to feel that they're doing ME a favour!
