Messing with my credit record

Good day

Please help as had 2 personal loans with Nedbank which I struggled to get a settlement letter to settle the accounts eventually when I paid the amounts
And I received sms saying i still owe them i paid them in March sms come in may and I phoned the call centre spoke to Wesley and Faezza who advised that i have an outstanding amount of R1900 because I did not pay in time for the settlement letter. I'm complaining because I'm shocked that in one day my balance has an interest of R1900 THIS IS REDICULOUSE BECOUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE MESSING WITH MY CREDIT RECORD
