Stratcol deducting money from our account

I don't care what Stratcol say, that they only respond to there clients demands, this must stop immediately, you deducted the amount of R299.99 from my account, I want the proof from Stratcol where I gave permission for you to deduct ANY money from our account. I have contacted you previously and the same story ("here is there number who gave permission for us to deduct money from your account, contact them") I demand that this must stop, I will be going to Carte Blanch so they can seek the truth behind these deductions
