Incorrect contact numbers

I am really upset as I wanted to enquire how much it would cost to deposit money at the branch and when I called the call centre, the lady said that she could not give me the number but that she could put me through to the Kromboom branch. She did that and I was cut off. I then googled Kromboom and Wynberg branches numbers and I got fax machines. How does SB expect their clients to be loyal if they deliver such inferior services!
