I was notified that one of my policies was going to mature on 1 May 2013. Since the beginning of April, I have been trying to get this sorted out. It's now 10 May, I have spent hours on the phone, sent about 30 emails, spoken to managers and been through about 3 "Brokers" who have all been kind enough to tell me that they're not making a cent out of helping me. I am still not helped. I still don't have my money. And I am still being told that I need to wait another 10 working days - at least, before I may get my money.! Why have I been paying for 20 years - including brokerage fees when this is the I need to deal with. I may die from a heart-attack before I get my money. I am at the point of cancelling ALL my policies and moving to Liberty Life! Old Mutual, you service and customer care is DISGUSTING! PLEASE! I BEG YOU! HELP ME GET THIS SORTED OUT LIKE NOW! YOU GUYS SHOULD HELP ME! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND TO GET THIS SORTED!
