R400 CASH BACK WHEN???

I had got great service - now to get my R400.00 because Outsurance cannot beat my quote is a mission! I have done everything from filling the OTP and my banking details, but I keep getting an error page "Whoops and unexpected error had occured". Why have a promo if you have issues like this, I was going to take life cover but on second thoughts I rather not. I feel like this R400 cash back is such a mission to actually get. Very disappointing.
